Clover Balloon Gas complies with the government guidelines as set down by the Consumer Affairs Department in relation to Refunds and Returns.

Upon proof of purchase

You are entitled to a refund OR repair OR exchange OR credit if the products you've bought are:

• faulty

• significantly different to those shown or described to you

• not doing what they are supposed to do

We reserve the right to refuse to refund your purchases should you change your mind, purchase in excess of your needs, and no refund will be given for loose balloons; loose novelties & opened or broken packets.
No responsibility is taken by Clover Balloon Gas if the products are not received or do not arrive in the condition they were sold and there will be no refund given if this is the case.

If a refund is given there will be a $10 returns fee and no refunds will be given on delivery costs and any costs incurred from return of the goods including postage or courier costs.
